In the 1930s Mrs Suzanna Williams, my Grandmother, allowed campers on the fields at Caerfai. Here at Carmel caravan park is located in magnificent site in the peaceful and beautiful Welsh countryside, perfect if you are looking for a stress free break.We are a family run caravan park and we are very friendly and professional that cater for static and touring caravans.The park is set in a stunning area and everything is kept to a high standard the surroundings are well managed with close cut lawns and landscaped gardens. We are also only 15 miles away from Welshpool and 10 miles from Newtown.

The main caravan park is run as a private site with most of the 282 caravans and chalets being privately owned and the emphasis very much being aimed as a quiet family orientated site. We do not have a Club house but we are lucky that there are numerous good quality public houses and restaurants within easy walking distance as are all the other facilities of the village.
