Edisford Bridge Farm Caravan & Camping Site

Edisford Bridge Farm is a beautifully maintained camping and caravan touring site located in Clitheroe, Lancashire. Nestled amidst stunning countryside, our family-run site offers spacious pitches for both tents and tourers, providing the perfect base to explore the Forest of Bowland, the historic market town of Clitheroe, and numerous scenic country walks, including the famous J.R.R. Tolkien circular walk, celebrated for its breathtaking views that inspired the legendary author.

Open from March to the beginning of January, Edisford Bridge Farm combines the charm of a quiet, rural retreat with modern facilities designed for comfort and convenience. We welcome children and dogs, ensuring a friendly, family-orientated atmosphere. Facilities include electricity hook-ups, modern shower and toilet blocks with free hot water, hairdryers, indoor washing up, laundry and freezer facilities, as well as a games room with TV and Wifi access. Our guests also enjoy access to a nearby indoor swimming pool, just 500 yards from the site, and the banks of the River Ribble for peaceful walks or fishing, with permits available locally.

We take pride in maintaining a safe and considerate environment, with a sensible request for quiet between 11.00pm and 8.00am, allowing everyone to enjoy a relaxing stay. Each year, we continue to invest in the site, upgrading facilities and improving the experience, ensuring every visit is more satisfying than the last.

Originally established over 25 years ago as a Caravan Club Site (CL), Edisford Bridge Farm has grown into an independent commercial site offering 30 caravan pitches, mostly hard-standing, alongside tent pitches with optional electricity hook-ups. For those looking to enjoy a meal without cooking, the Edisford Bridge Inn is conveniently located next door, serving a wide range of hot and cold dishes.
