White Rose Canal Holidays
We at White Rose Canal Holidays are offering premium canal boat holidays for guests of all experience levels. Based at Castleton Mill in Leeds, we are here to make your next holiday extraordinary! We first started our journey with just the one boat ‘Emily of Blisworth’ and since then, our family of narrowboats has expanded, and we now have ‘Charlotte’ and ‘River Dancer’, and joining the fleet in 2022, we will have ‘New Dawn’. Over the years, guests have had many adventures with us along the Leeds & Liverpool Canal, and beyond.
Our fleet of narrowboats are charming and comfortable, and offers either a contemporary or traditional look, with their own special features for a memorable boating experience. Whilst onboard, you can relax outside on deck and let the world pass by. You can take in some incredible views of the canal ways. Each of our narrowboats can house a certain amount of guests too: Emily and River Dancer can accommodate up to four people, Charlotte up to six and our newest boat New Dawn can sleep up to eight people.
There are some incredible journeys and sights to see along the canal, with an endless variety of routes available, some of which include:
- 3 night stay → Saltaire
- 4 night stay → Bingley
- 7 night stay → Kildwick
- 11 night stay → Skipton
- 14 night stay → Hebden Bridge
We welcome those with experience with narrowboats and those with none! All first-time hirers will be accompanied by a friendly skipper for a brief tutorial on how to handle your boat, including how to work a lock, to ensure you are well prepared for your journey ahead. Our experienced and knowledgeable team are here to answer any questions you may have, so you go off feeling confident and safe.
