California Chalet & Touring Park
We at California Chalet & Touring Park are situated in the beautiful Berkshire countryside and are open all year round. We provide the perfect setting for guests to relax and spend quality time in nature in every season. We have a few accommodation options for you to choose from to ensure an unforgettable caravan and camping adventure such as our chalets, glamping pods and touring pitches.
Our guests are more than welcome to enjoy the facilities of the adjacent Country Park which covers more than 100 acres and includes many nature trails, woodland walks, picnic areas, a children’s play area, and a paddling pool. Plus fishing enthusiasts would love our tranquil six-acre lake which is full of carp, pike, tench, rudd, roach and perch. Our visitors are known to have fun, make memories and write new chapters!
We welcome touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans and trailer tents to set up on one of our 30 individual pitches on our touring site. It is a fantastic place to socialise with like-minded campers and let your kids play and make new friends. Each of our pitches have a hard standing base with room for an awning, together with a water supply & disposal point, electrical hook-ups and great facilities to help you have a comfortable stay such as a well-appointed toilet & shower block, razor points, outside dish washing facilities and a laundry & clothes-drying area.
Our glamping pods are beautiful, natural, well-built, fully insulated, secure wooden camping huts that provides basic accommodation in place of a tent. These wonderful hand crafted, luxury pods are suitable for singles, couples and families. Whereas our cosy chalets are perfect for travellers looking for relaxation and comfort. Our 2 & 3 bedroom cabins come well-equipped with a private decking area or a picnic table. No matter how you stay here with us, it is a great place to relax outdoors, perhaps engage in some birdwatching, and simply to embrace the scenery.
